Hall of Famer Frank Thomas, recently retired legend Alex Rodriguez, and major-league hit king Pete Rose - all of them working together as analysts on FOX Sports' MLB coverage this postseason - got together in studio to discuss the fine art of hitting a baseball on Thursday, and the result was a magical six minutes for everyone involved.
Rodriguez seemed particularly in awe watching Rose explain his hitting philosophy, and was peppering him with questions about both technique and preparation. Thomas was left shaking his head as "Charlie Hustle" shared one particular thought about how to combat a slump.
