Here is a look at the Squad Up daily NBA fantasy picture for Saturday, Feb. 25:

Dynamic Duos

  • PG Darren Collison (53K) & C Willie Cauley-Stein (52K), Kings (at Hornets): Cauley-Stein exploded for 29 points and 10 rebounds in Thursday's game sans PF DeMarcus Cousins. With a starter's workload and no complementary offensive threats, the Kentucky sophomore couldn't be in a better position. His positive outlook only boosts Collisons'.
  • PF Dario Saric (62K) & C Jahlil Okafor (58K), 76ers (vs. Knicks): Saric and Okafor are in line for big jumps in opportunity with PFs Ersan Ilyasova and Nerlens Noel out of town. C Joel Embiid will be sidelined Saturday, cementing Okafor's starting gig and likelihood of posting a big line. The Knicks rank 26th in defensive efficiency and C Joakim Noah is out.
  • SF LeBron James (98K) & SG Kyle Korver (34K), Cavaliers (at Bulls): LeBron posted his sixth triple-double of the year Thursday against New York. He draws an almost equally dysfunctional Bulls team Saturday. Korver has buried six treys in each of his past two games and provides tournament upside at a economical price.

Bargain Plays

  • SG Lou Williams (25K), Rockets (vs. Timberwolves): A pricing mishap has Williams listed at the basement price in Squad Up. At this price tag, he's an absolute must in pretty much any lineup you create. Williams dropped 27 points on seven 3-pointers in his Houston debut Thursday.
  • C Willie Reed (29K), Heat (vs. Pacers): Reed's minutes have been trending upward of late, as he's now averaging just shy of 20 minutes through his past five. In that same five-game span, he's averaged 7.5 points and eight rebounds, including a double-double Friday night. On the second night of a back to back, he could play around 20 minutes.
  • PF Bobby Portis (43K), Bulls (vs. Cavaliers): Portis will be a big beneficiary due to the departure of PF Taj Gibson and SF/PF Doug McDermott. Portis already vaulted into the starting PF role Friday, registering nine points and seven boards in 16 minutes. It's a modest stat line, but it's effective at his price and has room for improvement.

Top Fades

  • PF Draymond Green (72K), Warriors (at Nets): Green may want to step up his on-court play if he's going to keep up his antics. The trash-talking, leg-flailing Warrior is averaging a meager 4.8 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.8 rebounds through his past five games. A potential blowout further suppresses his outlook.
  • PG Jrue Holiday (64K), Pelicans (vs. Mavericks): Holiday registered more turnovers (7) than he did points, rebounds, or assists in Cousins' debut on Thursday. While his usage rate remained at 21.9 percent in that game, Cousins and Anthony Davis will continue their ball-dominant ways, thus taking away from Holiday's ceiling.
  • SG Tim Hardaway Jr. (57K), Hawks (vs. Magic): The return of Thabo Sefolosha from injury, the addition of Ilyasova, and the return of Dennis Schroder from a one-game suspension will all eat into Hardaway's minutes and usage. Though he's trending upward overall, Saturday's recipe isn't conducive to reaching tournament value.

Contrarian Options

  • SG Terrence Ross (52K), Magic (at Hawks): Ross stepped into a major role in his first game with the Magic, chucking 17 shots but only making four. Given that volume though, Ross could turn into a fantastic tournament option with a few buckets. Ross also secured five boards in his 33-minute Orlando debut.
  • PF Richaun Holmes (40K), 76ers (at Knicks): Holmes has quietly been a solid daily play when the 76ers afford him minutes. With Embiid out and Noel now in Dallas, Holmes owns a secure backup role behind Okafor in the paint. He notched a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double Friday against Washington.
  • PG Tim Frazier (29K), Pelicans (at Mavericks): Frazier played 23 minutes Thursday, registering two points, four rebounds, and five dimes. He's expected to see an increased role with Tyreke Evans and Langston Galloway out of the picture. Frazier has shown glimpses of daily fantasy glory before, picking up seven double-doubles this season.
