Kaminsky leads Wisconsin over Oklahoma for Battle 4 Atlantis title

Atlantis belongs to Wisconsin.

The No. 2 Badgers improved to 7-0, and won the Battle 4 Atlantis finals on Friday, dispatching Oklahoma 69-56 without much trouble.

Credit the Sooners for hanging tough until shortly after the half, but when things like this began happening, the writing was on the wall:

Frank Kaminsky led the Badgers with a game-high 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting, adding eight rebounds for good measure and flashing the offensive polish that should make him a first round pick in June.

Teammate and fellow intriguing prospect Sam Dekker chipped in with 11 points and Duje Dukan scored 13 off the bench to help squash a Sooners team that had just a single player - reserve Dinjiyl Walker - score in double figures.

Wisconsin had previously beat UAB and Georgetown to reach the finals of the eight-team tournament, somehow avoiding the other three ranked teams in the field in Florida, UCLA and North Carolina. Still, despite the slightly easier schedule than anticipated, Wisconsin has given the world no reason to doubt their standing as the country's number two team. They'll face a major test on Thursday with No. 4 Duke on tap.
