The NFL's owners will hold their annual meeting in Arizona next week, and one of the first items on the agenda could determine the long-term future of one of the league's 32 franchises.

On the agenda for Monday's meeting is a vote on the Oakland Raiders' proposed move to Las Vegas, CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports.

The vote could be contingent on the Raiders meeting key objectives for the future, including details related to their stadium lease and development plan, La Canfora adds.

The Raiders' path toward finding a financing partner for their proposed new stadium hasn't been straightforward, but the team's recent announcement of a commitment from Bank of America may have given the NFL's other owners more confidence in the viability of a move.
