The Saskatchewan Roughriders owe Tyler Crapigna some congratulations as the third-year kicker converted all four of his field goal attempts, including an 18-yarder with seconds to go that sealed a 27-24 victory over the Toronto Argonauts on Saturday.

The Riders had to battle back from a 16-3 second-quarter deficit, relying on Crapigna and quarterback Brandon Bridge to storm back as Toronto could only score eight second-half points.

Bridge threw a pair of touchdowns, including a 75-yard score to Caleb Holley that closed the third quarter and gave Saskatchewan a lead. After S.J. Green brought Toronto back in front with three-and-a-half minutes to go, Bridge managed to work his way down the field for Crapigna's game-winning kick.

The Roughriders quarterback completed 20 of 28 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns, and spread the ball around as four of his receivers notched at least 70 yards.

Ricky Ray had a solid performance himself, passing for 341 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Running back James Wilder Jr. was Toronto's best player, rushing for 72 yards on 13 carries while turning seven catches into 89 receiving yards.

Former NFL running back Trent Richardson made his debut for the Riders on Saturday, rushing for 20 yards on five carries.
