Premier League reports 10 new COVID-19 cases

The Premier League's latest round of COVID-19 testing produced 10 new positive results, the league announced Monday.

The new cases were discovered after 1,595 players and club staff members were tested for COVID-19 between Sept. 21-27.

"Players or club staff who have tested positive will self-isolate for a period of 10 days," the Premier League said.

The league has now reported a total of 20 positive results after four rounds of testing.
