Inter Milan are ready to get serious in the January transfer window.

The club will submit an improved bid of €15 million plus add-ons for wantaway Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen, reports Fabrizio Romano of the Guardian. An initial €10-million offer for the Dane was rejected last week, according to Romano, who adds that the new proposal will be tabled Tuesday.

The Nerazzurri have already agreed to personal terms with the 27-year-old, and are reportedly confident that an agreement will be reached with Spurs.

Eriksen is a free agent this summer, but Inter boss Antonio Conte is keen to bolster his squad immediately; a disappointing run of results in recent weeks has allowed Juventus to open up a four-point lead atop the Serie A table.

Inter, who remain intent on signing Olivier Giroud from Chelsea this month, are also on the verge of sealing a deal for Victor Moses. The Nigerian, who worked with Conte during the fiery manager's spell at Stamford Bridge, is currently on loan at Fenerbahce.

Romano reports that Moses will join Inter on an initial loan until the end of the season, with the Italian club holding an option to make the move permanent for €10 million.

Any January arrivals at the San Siro would join a list currently headlined by Ashley Young, who was signed from Manchester United last week.
