A pair of Jackie Robinson contracts have hit the auction block.

Robinson's 1947 contract with the Brooklyn Dodgers and 1945 contract with the minor-league Montreal Royals and are being sold by Goldin Auctions, with a starting bid of $5 million. Robinson broke MLB's color barrier when debuted for the Dodgers on April 15, 1947.

Goldin Auctions president Ken Goldin told TMZ Sports that a rare documents expert appraised the contracts at $36 million. The company will donate 10 percent of the final sale price to the Jackie Robinson Foundation.

The contracts were previously up for auction in 2017 but failed to meet the $15-million reserve price.

Robinson spent his entire 10-year MLB career with the Dodgers. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962.
