Los Angeles Angels right-hander Taylor Cole has some interesting thoughts about the Houston Astros allegedly using buzzers to illegally steal signs.

The relief pitcher commented about the allegations on Instagram on Monday after watching AJ Hinch's interview on MLB Network last Friday, in which the former Astros manager discussed Houston possibly using buzzers to signal pitches to its players ahead of time.

"After listening to this interview with AJ Hinch ... I couldn't help but wonder why, when asked about whether the team used buzzers this past season, that he didn't answer with a clear-cut 'no,'" Cole wrote.

Cole continued: "Instead, he mentioned that Major League Baseball did an investigation and found nothing. I believe the MLB needs to further the investigation into the buzzers. Every player I've talked to believes they were using them."

The 30-year-old hurler's comments come about a month after Astros players Jose Altuve and Alex Bregman were accused on social media of wearing buzzers underneath their uniforms.

Both players denied the accusations, with Bregman calling the idea that he'd wear a buzzer "stupid."

Cole isn't the only player to have publicly commented about the Astros' alleged buzzer use.

Outspoken Cincinnati Reds pitcher Trevor Bauer said he's heard about Houston players using buzzers for two years.

While MLB has said it's found no evidence that the Astros were using buzzers, the league did reprimand them in January for using video monitors to illegally steal signs.
