MLS Decision Day was not for the faint of heart.
Even more so for supporters of the San Jose Earthquakes, FC Dallas, and Real Salt Lake, with all three clubs entering Sunday's regular-season finale with a shot at the sixth and final Western Conference playoff spot.
Earthquakes forward Marco Urena will never have to pay for a pint in the scenic Northern California town after his goal at the death handed his side a 3-2 victory and sixth spot in the West.
Urena's goal bumped Dallas out of the playoff picture, capping off a disastrous campaign for the defending Supporters' Shield holder.
