Luke Sanders will be fighting in Fresno after all.

With Bryan Caraway nursing an undisclosed injury, the bantamweight will now face Andre Soukhamthath at UFC Fight Night 123 on Dec. 9 at Save Mart Center, the promotion announced Tuesday.

The 31-year-old Sanders has split a pair of bouts in the Octagon, submitting Maximo Blanco in his January 2016 debut before tapping to Iuri Alcantara at UFC 209 in his first professional defeat this past March.

Soukhamthath hopes the third time will be the charm when he meets Sanders on just 18 days' notice, having fallen to Albert Morales and Alejandro Perez at UFC 209 and UFC Fight Night 114, respectively. Both of his UFC defeats have ended in split verdicts.

UFC Fight Night 123 will see perennial contender Cub Swanson take on the undefeated Brian Ortega in the featherweight main event.
