LeBron blasts Trump: White House visit 'a great honor until you showed up'

On the court, LeBron James and Stephen Curry have been responsible for some of the toughest defeats in each other's respective careers. Off the court, however, they seem to be in firm agreement on President Donald Trump.

After Trump rescinded an invitation to Curry's NBA-champion Warriors to visit the White House (an invitation which, as ESPN's Ramona Shelburne reports, was never actually extended in the first place), James blasted the commander-in-chief.

James has long been critical of Trump. In the wake of white supremacist rallies in Charlottesville, Va., in August, the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar declared that the President's delayed response had "made hate fashionable again," a play on Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan.
