Harden passes Wilt for 2nd-longest streak of 30-point games

Another game, another 30-point performance from Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden.

The reigning league Most Valuable Player registered his 32nd straight game of 30 points or more on Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers, passing Wilt Chamberlain for the second-longest streak in NBA history.

Harden didn't reach the 30-point mark until there was 1:54 remaining in the game. He finished with 30 points, five rebounds, six assists, two steals, and eight turnovers before fouling out late in the fourth quarter in an eventual 111-106 loss at Staples Center.
