Bazemore explains how Harden's crossover caused him to spin

Houston Rockets star James Harden is among the greatest isolation scorers in league history, and Atlanta Hawks guard Kent Bazemore learned that the hard way Tuesday.

In the first quarter of the Hawks' matchup with the Rockets, Harden's unique ability to change direction confused Bazemore, causing the 29-year-old to awkwardly spin in an attempt to recover on defense before the reigning MVP finished the possession with a floater.

The play caught the attention of social media users as Bazemore became Harden's latest crossover victim. It was enough for the veteran guard to comically post an explanation for his spin while giving kudos to his opponent for a terrific move.

The silver lining for Bazemore is that it could be worse. At least he didn't suffer a meme-worthy fall like Wesley Johnson last season.
