Top prospects

Zion Williamson - Duke, F

Williamson is arguably the most-hyped prospect since LeBron James. At 6-foot-7 and 285 pounds, his combination of speed, power, and versatility is unlike any other player in recent history. Williamson was a nightly highlight reel at Duke and has all the potential to be a star at the next level.

Ja Morant - Murray State, G

Morant's dual-threat ability to score in bunches and make plays for teammates has made him the top-ranked point guard in this year's class. He was the only Division I player ranked in the nation's top 10 in scoring and assists this past season. Morant's athleticism at the point has drawn comparisons to Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook.

RJ Barrett - Duke, G/F

Barrett arrived in Durham as the top-ranked recruit in the class of 2018, and with every major individual high school award in his trophy cabinet. He co-starred with Williamson at Duke and averaged a team-high 22.6 points per contest. Barrett's got an alpha-dog mentality that's come from performing on the biggest stages for his school and country.

Darius Garland - Vanderbilt, G

Garland's collegiate career lasted only five games, but he was impressive in a short sample. He averaged 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per contest while shooting 47.8 percent from 3-point range before being shut down with a torn meniscus. Garland's quickness and elite ball-handling skills should make him a Day 1 starter and foundational piece if he can remain healthy.
