Boston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker has been diagnosed with a neck sprain and is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings, the team announced.

Walker remains under evaluation.

The 29-year-old point guard was stretchered off the floor and taken to a Denver hospital Friday after colliding headfirst with teammate Semi Ojeleye in a game against the Nuggets. Walker was later released and rejoined the Celtics for their flight back to Boston.

The Celtics have lost three of their last four contests following a 10-game winning streak. After the Kings on Monday, Boston plays a home-and-home against the Brooklyn Nets. Former Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving - the man who Walker replaced - is already listed as out for the first game, which will take place in Boston.

Walker is averaging a team-high 21.1 points this season.
