LeBron James remains committed to making just as much of an impact off the court as he does on it.

The Los Angeles Lakers star spoke about his desire to inspire people from all walks of life Saturday at NBA All-Star Media Day, seemingly alluding to the "shut up and dribble" comment Fox News host Laura Ingraham made toward him in 2018.

"It was never just about basketball for me," James said, according to USA TODAY Sports. "I know my inspiration and I know how many more people that I inspire that don't even play the game of basketball. So, I just feel like I can give so much more than just dribbling a basketball. I just try to continue to inspire the youth, inspire as many people as I can all over the world, make an impact as much as I can, and then live with the results after that."

James' most recent off-court gesture saw him partner with Kent State University to provide nearly 200 students from his I Promise Network with free tuition for four years.
