The Los Angeles Lakers finally got some good news on the injury front.

Team doctors will re-evaluate Anthony Davis Thursday and could expect him to return in 10-14 days, while the Lakers anticipate LeBron James will be back in the lineup in three weeks, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Davis hasn't played since Feb. 14 due to a calf strain and tendinosis in his right leg. The big man is averaging 22.5 points, 8.4 boards, three assists, 1.8 blocks, and 1.3 steals over 23 appearances this season.

Meanwhile, James has missed the past three weeks due to a high right ankle sprain. The four-time Finals MVP is averaging 25.4 points, 7.9 boards, and 7.9 assists across 41 appearances in 2020-21.

Los Angeles is 5-6 during James' absence.

The Lakers are currently dealing with a multitude of injuries. Jared Dudley, Marc Gasol, Kyle Kuzma, and Wesley Matthews all missed Saturday's contest vs. the Brooklyn Nets.
