Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon returned for Tuesday's play-in contest against the Charlotte Hornets after missing the last 10 games with a hamstring injury.

The former Rookie of the Year led the Pacers in scoring with 21.2 points per game this season, adding 5.9 assists and 5.3 rebounds while shooting just under 39% on threes.

Also active are two-time All-Star Domantas Sabonis, who had been dealing with a bruised left quad. Depth players Aaron Holiday and Edmond Sumner were available as well.

Even with their last-minute reinforcements, the ninth-seeded Pacers are severely shorthanded against Charlotte. Indiana wings TJ Warren and Jeremy Lamb are both out for the year after undergoing surgery, and Myles Turner is out indefinitely due to a foot injury.

Pacers shooting guard Caris LeVert, who returned to the lineup in March after a mass was found on his kidney in January, is reportedly facing 10-14 days on the sidelines due to NBA health and safety protocols.
