New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson missed Tuesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks due to a right posterior hip/lower back contusion.

Williamson left during the fourth quarter of Sunday's contest versus the Utah Jazz after falling hard on the court following his blocked dunk attempt.

The Pelicans also ruled out forward Herbert Jones on Tuesday due to a right knee hyperextension.

Additionally, New Orleans announced Monday that Brandon Ingram is out indefinitely after he suffered a concussion Sunday following a collision with teammate Naji Marshall.

Williamson is averaging 22 points, 6.7 assists, 2.3 assists, and two steals in three games this season.
