Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic and two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks are the only players to collect over 2 million fan votes in 2026 NBA All-Star balloting, continuing to lead their respective conferences in Tuesday's update.

Nikola Jokic, Stephen Curry, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Victor Wembanyama, Anthony Edwards, Deni Avdija, and LeBron James all surpassed the 1-million vote threshold in the West.

Jalen Brunson, Tyrese Maxey, Cade Cunningham, Donovan Mitchell, and Jaylen Brown reached that mark in the East.

Antetokounmpo is in search of his 10th All-Star appearance. He's averaging 29.3 points, 10 rebounds, and 5.5 assists over 22 games while playing 28.9 minutes per night.

Doncic is a five-time All-Star averaging 33.7 points, 8.7 assists, and 8.1 boards per game.

Fan ballots account for 50% of All-Star voting with players and a media panel combining for the other 50%. The league released its first set of fan results last week, topped by the same two players.

Starters for the revamped USA-versus-World format will be announced Jan. 19.
