Deion jokes about ending retirement after LeBron, Bronny make history
LeBron James and Bronny James have Deion Sanders considering a return to the football field.
After LeBron and Bronny made history Sunday night by becoming the first father-son duo to play in the same NBA game, Sanders joked on X that he will be coming out of retirement at 57 years old to suit up with his sons.
The Colorado head coach and Pro Football Hall of Famer also posted an image on Instagram of himself in a Buffaloes uniform alongside his sons, Shedeur and Shilo Sanders.
LeBron commented on the post, writing, "Let's go Prime!" with several laughing emojis.
Sanders played 14 seasons in the NFL and also had a nine-year MLB career. He won two Super Bowl championships and made an appearance in the 1992 World Series. He retired following the 2005 NFL season.
