Former Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew was his own favorite fantasy football player during his pro career.

Jones-Drew, who retired from the NFL in 2015 and now works as a fantasy analyst on "NFL Fantasy Live," was asked during a Reddit Q&A on Wednesday if he ever drafted himself in fantasy football.

"Yes, first overall every time, baby," he replied.

Jones-Drew finished his nine-year career with 8,167 rushing yards and 68 rushing touchdowns, including three straight seasons with more than 1,300 rushing yards from 2009-11.

The 34-year-old also shared his thoughts on current Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew, who, unlike Jones-Drew, has opted against drafting himself in fantasy football.

"No question, I love Gardner," Jones-Drew said. "Only problem I have with him is that he went to Washington State. I love the jorts, I love the mustache, I love it all!"
