The NFL season is here, which means we're bringing back our trend plays. Each week, we'll highlight the best betting trends and angles to consider as you prepare for the weekend's action.

Here are some notable trends to watch for in Week 1.

Seattle Seahawks (-2, 49) at Atlanta Falcons

There are some spots that you just don't fade Seattle in, and this is one of them. The Seahawks are 7-2-2 against the spread as road favorites since 2017 and 6-0-1 ATS in morning games since 2018. The Falcons, meanwhile, are riding a 5-9-1 ATS run at home and have lost three straight as an underdog.

Trend play: Seahawks -2

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints (-3.5, 49.5)

If you've always wanted to bet Tom Brady as an underdog, here's your chance. The Buccaneers quarterback was favored in 74 straight regular-season starts with the Patriots, but he's 30-14-1 ATS when getting points in the regular season and 14-4 ATS since 2006. The Saints are also 1-8 ATS in their last nine Week 1 games and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 as home chalk.

Trend play: Buccaneers +3.5

Pittsburgh Steelers (-6, 47) at New York Giants

Few teams are worse to bet as favorites than the Steelers, who are 2-10 ATS in their last 12 chalk spots with six outright losses. The Giants are far from formidable but did close 2019 on a 4-2 ATS run and are 15-9 ATS as underdogs since 2015.

Trend play: Giants +6

Tennessee Titans (-2, 47) at Denver Broncos

Never doubt Tennessee on Monday night. The Titans have covered seven of their last eight under the MNF lights and are 13-6 ATS in that spot since the team moved in 1999. They're also 5-1 ATS in their last six road games and went 7-3 ATS in Ryan Tannehill's 10 regular-season starts in 2019.

Trend play: Titans -2
