The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to trademark a new catchphrase.

The team, which currently sits at 3-7, submitted an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the slogan "Win City" on Nov. 16, according to Mick Akers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. They plan to use the phrase on various merchandise.

Whether the Raiders are awarded the trademark remains to be seen, as Akers notes that there is already an active trademark for "Win City" that the Frankie Ferreira Living Trust filed in 2017.

The Raiders have long been associated with the phrase "Just win, baby," which was coined by late team owner Al Davis. The franchise won three Super Bowl championships under Davis's ownership.
