T.O., Ochocinco argue about who was the better receiver

David Butler II / US PRESSWIRE

Terrell Owens and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson are arguably the two biggest diva receivers to ever play in the NFL.

Both were outstanding on the field, but it was their smack talk and complete confidence in their skills that made them such compelling players.

The two former receivers showed they haven't changed since their time in the league, engaging in a friendly Twitter debate Saturday about who was the superior wideout.

Owens shot back at Johnson, telling him to compare their stats during the 2010 season, when they were both with the Cincinnati Bengals.

In what was Owens' last season in the league, he led the Bengals with 72 catches for 983 yards and nine touchdowns. Johnson trailed him in every category, catching 69 balls for 831 yards and four scores.

Owens was also four years older than Johnson at the time.

Johnson didn't care much for the stats argument.

Owens wasn't satisfied with his apparent victory, however, twisting the knife with a backhanded compliment.
