Former Detroit Lions tight end Joseph Fauria was known more for his touchdown celebrations than his actual touchdowns, making him the perfect candidate to visually explain the new NFL celebration rules.

Fauria, who caught eight touchdowns in his two-year career, teamed up with Sports Illustrated to give a full demonstration of what players can and can't do to express themselves while celebrating a big play.
