Tony Finau is on fire Saturday at Augusta, tying the record for the lowest opening nine in Masters history with a 6-under 30 to grab the solo lead.
He opened with three straight birdies and added another on No. 6. The highlight of his front nine came on the par-5 eighth where he delivered a 261-yard rocket to eight inches for an easy tap-in eagle.
Finau made the turn at 9-under, with a group including Brooks Koepka, Xander Schauffele, and Adam Scott tied for second.
