Tiger Woods' girlfriend, Erica Herman, is no longer named in a wrongful death lawsuit against The Woods Jupiter restaurant, according to ESPN's Mark Schlabach.

Herman, the general manager of the restaurant that bears Woods' name, was voluntarily removed as a defendant in the lawsuit Sept. 10, according to records from state court in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Tiger was listed as a defendant in the original lawsuit but his name was removed in June. He invests in The Woods Jupiter but doesn't own it.

Woods Jupiter Inc. remains a defendant in the case, according to Schlabach.

A bartender at The Woods Jupiter, Nicholas Immesberger, crashed his car in a single-vehicle accident and died after leaving the restaurant in December. He was found with a blood alcohol concentration more than three times the legal limit.

Immesberger's parents claimed that Woods and Herman contributed to their son's death because they "knew (Immesberger) was suffering from the disease of alcoholism" and allowed him to drink at the bar, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed in Palm Beach Country during the PGA Championship in May.

"We're all very sad that Nick passed away," Tiger said in May. "It was a terrible night, a terrible ending, and just - we feel bad for him and his entire family. It's very sad."
