Tiger holds 2-shot lead at Zozo Championship with 2nd straight 64
Tiger Woods fired his second 6-under 64 of the week to hold a two-shot lead at the midway point of the Zozo Championship.
The 43-year-old didn't skip a beat after a typhoon canceled play for an entire day in Japan. He opened Saturday's round with a birdie on the first hole and made the turn at 1-under before kicking it into another gear.
He carded five more birdies en route to a back-nine 31 to pull away from Gary Woodland. Tiger sits at 12-under through 36 holes and in a great position to match Sam Snead's record of 82 PGA Tour victories.
