Every week on the PGA TOUR, players are looking for a win and a share of the purse. But there's a little more on the line for some this week.

The Wyndham Championship in North Carolina marks the end of the TOUR's regular season. Or, in other words: One final chance to move into a FedEx Cup Playoffs spot.

Here's a look at the five players currently listed just outside the top 125 on the FedEx Cup eligibility rankings and what they need to do to keep their season alive.

No. 126 Max McGreevy

McGreevy will make the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a finish of 46th or better at the Wyndham Championship this week, per Golf Channel's Brentley Romine.

McGreevy has one runner-up finish on TOUR this season, coming at the Puerto Rico Open in March. The result is his only top-10 finish, with three other top-25 finishes. McGreevy has made the cut at just one tournament in the past few months, bumping him out of a coveted playoff spot.

No. 127 Danny Willett

Willett will make the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a finish of 44th or better at the Wyndham Championship, per Romine.

One of the more surprising names to not already have a playoff spot is the 2016 Masters winner. The 34-year-old has just one top-10 finish on TOUR this season. However, Willett has made more cuts than he's missed and has also only played in 20 TOUR events this season, as he also plays in a few DP World Tour events.

No. 128 Justin Lower

Lower will make the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a finish of 37th or better at the Wyndham Championship, per Romine.

For much of the season, Lower has been farther down the FedEx Cup rankings than most of the players on this list, spending the majority of the year in the high 150s. However, the 33-year-old has taken full advantage of the late-season tournaments, missing just one cut and notching two top-25 finishes in his last five outings.

No. 129 Nick Hardy

Hardy will make the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a finish of 31st or better at the Wyndham Championship, per Romine.

Hardy has had a solid first season on the PGA TOUR, making 12 cuts and only missing eight. He has one top-10 finish and three additional top-25s, but the 26-year-old has played in only 20 events on TOUR this season.

No. 130 Cameron Champ

Champ will make the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a finish of 30th or better at the Wyndham Championship, per Romine.

The other name on this list that may come as a surprise is Champ. While the 27-year-old has already locked up his TOUR card for next season through a winner's exemption from last season, his playoff position is still in question. In addition to this being his first full TOUR season without a win, Champ has also only played in 18 TOUR events in 2021-22.

While McGreevy, Willett, Lower, Hardy, and Champ will be using the Wyndham Championship as a chance to fight for a playoff spot, others will be fighting to keep theirs. Austin Smotherman (125), Matt Wallace (124), Rickie Fowler (123), Kramer Hickok (122), and Chesson Hadley (121) are the five players on the cusp this week from the other side of the top-125 line.
