Buffon equals Serie A record with 8th league title
Add another feather to Gianluigi Buffon's cap.
The Juventus icon captured the eighth Scudetto of his trophy-laden career on Sunday, as the Bianconeri clinched their sixth consecutive Serie A title with a 3-0 victory over Crotone.

The latest title in his coffer sees Buffon move level atop the Serie A record books, joining three other players who won an octet of league crowns during their respective careers in Italy's top flight.

The 39-year-old will look to complete his own personal trophy cabinet when Juventus meets Real Madrid in the Champions League final next month.
