Top story: Al-Hilal pursuing Fernandes

Bruno Fernandes' representatives have talked with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal over the past few days to discuss a potential move ahead of the Club World Cup. The Manchester United captain is giving serious consideration to being Al-Hilal's statement signing ahead of the tournament and joining a squad that already contains compatriot Joao Cancelo, plus Kalidou Koulibaly, Malcom, and Aleksandar Mitrovic.

United head coach Ruben Amorim would prefer Fernandes to stay at Old Trafford, but is also aware that a windfall of around £80 million from the Portuguese midfielder's transfer would help him rebuild his team. (BBC Sport)
