Chelsea are monitoring Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali. Though a January offer is unlikely, the Blues are considering a summer move for the Italian international, especially as several other clubs continue to be linked with Enzo Fernandez. Frattesi financials: Galatasaray submitted a bid for Inter's Davide Frattesi. The Turkish club offered €5 million for an initial loan plus a €30-million purchase option.
