Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on Everton's Iliman Ndiaye. The Merseyside club is in a strong position in negotiations because the Senegalese international's contract doesn't expire until 2029. Everton would demand at least €65 million for his transfer.
