In Isaiah Stewart's first comments about his now-infamous confrontation with LeBron James, the Detroit Pistons center expressed a desire to move on from the incident for good.

"This is going to be my last time addressing it," Stewart told reporters, including Melissa Rohlin of Fox Sports. "I watched the film. Me personally, I didn't feel like it was an accident. But it's my last time addressing it. My main focus right now is on my team and my teammates, getting back to playing basketball.

"I'm not going to let that define who I am. I'm going to let what Detroit drafted me for define who I am and the way I play basketball. I don't want to address that no more. My main focus is on helping my teammates and coaches."

Stewart returned to the lineup Friday against the Los Angeles Clippers after serving a two-game suspension. He was punished by the league for repeatedly trying to confront James on Sunday after the Los Angeles Lakers star struck him in the face while positioning for a rebound.

James was hit with a one-game suspension, the first of his lengthy NBA career. However, he said the contact with Stewart's head was accidental and disagreed with the ban, arguing he didn't consider it "warranted."

The two teams will square off again Sunday, exactly one week after the scuffle.
