The Memphis Grizzlies signed restricted-free agent forward Santi Aldama to a three-year, $52.5-million deal, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

Aldama broke out in 2024-25, averaging career highs in points (12.5), rebounds (6.4), assists (2.9), field-goal percentage (48.3), and 3-point percentage (36.8).

The Spaniard appeared in 65 games, and he was typically the Grizzlies' first option off the bench. His 25.5 minutes per game were the fifth most on the team.

Aldama struggled to crack the rotation in his rookie season but has played 20-plus minutes a night since his sophomore campaign.

The 24-year-old also had a good showing in the Grizzlies' Round 1 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. He averaged 13 points and six rebounds while shooting 41.7% from deep in the four-game sweep.

Memphis finished eighth in the West at 48-34 in 2024-25.
