Quarterback Aaron Rodgers will start when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, head coach Mike Tomlin said Friday, per the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review's Chris Adamski.

Rodgers missed last week's 31-28 loss to the Chicago Bears after fracturing his left wrist Nov. 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Tomlin also confirmed that pass-rusher Alex Highsmith will return from a pectoral injury after missing two games, per team reporter Teresa Varley.

Rodgers, 41, won't have a designation on the Steelers' final injury report Friday after being a full participant in Thursday's and Friday's practice sessions.

The four-time MVP sported a black stabilizer on his hand during practice earlier this week.

"I'm going to see how I feel after (Thursday)," Rodgers said Wednesday regarding his practice schedule, according to ESPN's Brooke Pryor. "I'm going to go (Thursday) and get casted up and then see how I respond."

Mason Rudolph filled in for the future Hall of Famer last week, completing 24 of 31 passes for 171 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Rodgers has passed for 1,969 yards, 19 touchdowns, and seven interceptions while completing 66.4% of his passes in 10 games.
