Flyers' Zegras: Feels 'f---ing amazing' to score twice, beat Ducks
Trevor Zegras got his revenge.
The Philadelphia Flyers forward burned his former club, the Anaheim Ducks, with two goals in a 5-2 win Tuesday night. The contest marked the first time the two sides squared off since the Ducks traded Zegras to the Flyers this past offseason.
Zegras didn't hide his excitement postgame, saying it felt "f---ing amazing" to deliver against his ex-team.

He also noted that the celebration after his first goal mimicked how fast the Ducks hung up the phone when they told him about the trade.

Anaheim traded Zegras to Philadelphia in June for a second-round pick, a fourth-round pick, and forward Ryan Poehling.
"It was a tough ending with my time there," Zegras told reporters postgame. "I've been thinking about this game for a long time. It was one that meant a lot to me."
Zegras posted back-to-back 60-point seasons early in his career but fell out of favor with the Ducks following two injury-plagued campaigns. However, he's found a home with the Flyers, posting 41 points in 41 games amid a breakout year.
