Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a calf strain during Tuesday's 104-91 victory over the Boston Celtics and didn't return.

Antetokounmpo appeared to sustain the non-contact injury during the third quarter while running up the court after inbounding the ball to teammate Damian Lillard.

Bucks head coach Doc Rivers said Antetokounmpo will undergo testing on his calf and Achilles tendon, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.

When asked about the concern level of Antetokounmpo's injury, Rivers said it was "high," according to ESPN's Jamal Collier.

"But he's Giannis," Rivers added. "I think everyone probably feels the same way as I do right now. We're just going (to) hope for the best."

He finished the contest with 15 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and two blocks in 29 minutes.

Patrick Beverley led the team in scoring, dropping 20 points. All five starters, including Antetokounmpo and Beverley, finished in double figures.

This had been the fifth time in the last 30 games that the Bucks had their Big Three of Antetokounmpo, Lillard, and Middleton all available.

The 29-year-old has been healthy for the majority of the campaign, playing in 72 contests. He's missed three contests since March 17 due to a hamstring injury while also sitting out a game March 4 due to Achilles tendinitis.

Antetokounmpo has averaged 30.7 points, 11.6 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game this campaign.
