Boban Marjanovic is a man of the people.

During the Houston Rockets' final game of the season, the reserve center went to the free-throw line to shoot two attempts in the fourth quarter against the Los Angeles Clippers. Marjanovic missed the first free throw, energizing the home crowd as the Clippers have a promotion with Chick-fil-A in which fans get a free sandwich if an opposing player misses two straight free throws in the final frame.

The Serbian big man appeared to acknowledge the crowd and intentionally miss the second free throw - much to the delight of the L.A. faithful.

Marjanovic recorded 13 points and eight rebounds in the Rockets' 116-105 win over the Clippers. The veteran played in just 14 contests this season.

The 7-foot-4 big man also lost a jump ball to Clippers guard Xavier Moon, who measures in at 6-feet tall.

Marjanovic played 56 games for the Clippers between the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.

With the win, the Rockets finished 41-41 on the season. Despite missing the postseason, it's Houston's best campaign since 2019-20.
