Barnes exits vs. Nuggets after taking elbow from Jokic

Scottie Barnes exited the Toronto Raptors' 127-125 overtime loss against the Denver Nuggets on Monday after taking an elbow to the face from Nikola Jokic.
With 24 seconds left in the fourth quarter, the Nuggets center struck the Raptors forward with his forearm as the two players went up to secure a rebound.
Barnes was helped to the locker room by Raptors staff and did not return to play in overtime.
Barnes recorded 21 points, 12 rebounds, nine assists, and five steals in 35 minutes of action.
Jokic collected 40 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists.
The Nuggets were down by as many as 15 points during the contest but came back to record their first win of the season.
