Eagles' Brown ruled out vs. Falcons due to hamstring injury
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is ruled out for Monday night's matchup against the Atlanta Falcons due to a hamstring injury, the team announced Sunday.
Brown was originally listed as questionable on the injury report. The 27-year-old suffered tightness in his hamstring on Friday and didn't practice on Saturday.
The Ole Miss product was dominant in Philadelphia's season opener, hauling in five catches for 119 yards and one touchdown. This will be the first regular-season game he misses since the Eagles acquired him in 2022.
Eagles wide receiver Johnny Wilson is also listed as questionable, leaving only three healthy wide receivers on the roster in DeVonta Smith, Jahan Dotson, and Britain Covey.
Brown has 3,071 yards and 19 touchdowns in 35 regular-season contests with the Eagles.
