Who is the greatest basketball player of all time?

It's a never-ending debate, but LeBron James believes rallying the Cleveland Cavaliers past the Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals makes him worthy of the title.

"I was super, super ecstatic to win one for Cleveland because of the 52-year drought," said James on ESPN's "More Than An Athlete." "Everyone saw me crying, like that was all for 52 years of everything that sports has gone on in Cleveland.

"And then after I stopped, I was like, 'Shhh. That one right there made you the greatest player of all time.'"

James discussed how many thought the 73-win Warriors were "the greatest team ever assembled" and the significance of overcoming a 3-1 deficit against that squad to claim his third ring.

"That's probably one of the only times in my career I felt like, 'Oh s---, you did something special,' James said. "I haven't really had time to really sit back and think, but that - that was a moment."

It was James' lone title with the Cavaliers in four Finals appearances against the Warriors.

The 34-year-old joined the Los Angeles Lakers this past summer and is averaging 27.3 points, 8.3 boards, and 7.1 assists per contest through 34 games played.
