"But we want to get better every day. I want to be No. 1 in everything."</p><p>Players are asked to rank their current club based on factors that include locker room quality, treatment of families, and ownership quality to generate public <a href="https://nflpa.com/report-cards/2025">report cards</a>. The Jets were ranked the 29th overall franchise, and Johnson was ranked the league's worst owner.</p><div class="the-score-article-ad-unit"></div><p>Johnson was ranked 32nd in perceived willingness to invest in the team's facilities, 32nd in contributing to a positive team culture, and 31st in commitment to building a competitive team. Only Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper ranked below Johnson in the last category.</p><p>The Jets haven't posted a winning record since 2015, when they went 10-6, and the club hasn't made the postseason since losing in the AFC Championship Game in 2010.</p>

He could miss the entirety of the 2025 campaign after tearing the tendon again during the rehab process.</p><p>The Browns also own the No. 2 pick in April's draft and could use the selection on a signal-caller.</p><p>Pickett appeared in five regular-season games (one start) with the Eagles. He completed 59.5% of his passes for 291 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception with the club. The 26-year-old has thrown for 4,765 yards with 15 touchdowns against 14 interceptions in 30 outings since being selected 20th overall in the 2022 draft.</p>

Williams, 30, reunited with the Bolts on a one-year deal in March.</p><p>Allen said in January that he'd only play for the Bears, Chargers, or Los Angeles Rams if he suits up for the 2025 season.</p><p>The 32-year-old tallied 904 receptions, 10,530 yards, and 59 touchdowns in 139 games with the Chargers. Those marks rank second, second, and third, respectively, in franchise history.</p>

He owns a 172-104 record in the regular season and a 13-11 mark in the playoffs. The touch is there, the arm strength is there."</p><p>The Seahawks traded Smith to the Raiders for a third-round pick in March. The 34-year-old spent the last five seasons with the Seahawks after spending time with the New York Jets (2013-16), New York Giants (2017), and Los Angeles Chargers (2018).</p><div class="the-score-article-ad-unit"></div><p>Smith took over as Seattle's starting quarterback in 2022. He made the Pro Bowl in 2022 and 2023, playing for Carroll both years. The West Virginia product has thrown for 7,906 yards, 50 touchdowns, and 20 interceptions over the last three seasons.</p><p>Carroll took 2024 off after parting ways with the Seahawks following 14 years as head coach. He joined the Raiders this offseason after they fired Antonio Pierce after one season.</p><p>Carroll, 73, advocated for Smith's qualities as a competitor, worker, and leader, Spytek said.</p><p>"As we got into it and we evaluated the options in free agency, the other players that maybe were available via trade, ultimately we arrived at a spot where we thought adding Geno made a lot of sense for us and upgraded a position."</p><p><a data-in-app-uri="thescore:///nfl/players/94300" href="https://thescore.com/nfl/players/94300">Gardner Minshew</a> led the Raiders with 2,013 passing yards and nine touchdowns against 10 interceptions in nine starts. <a data-in-app-uri="thescore:///nfl/players/188217" href="https://thescore.com/nfl/players/188217">Aidan O'Connell</a> (seven) and <a data-in-app-uri="thescore:///nfl/players/174062" href="https://thescore.com/nfl/players/174062">Desmond Ridder</a> (one) also saw starting nods during the team's 4-13 campaign.</p>
