The inaugural winter break has arrived in the Premier League, which means the Matchday 26 schedule is light with games spread out over the next two weekends.

Despite the smaller card, there's still enough to work with as we aim to build on this season's net profit of $1,795.

HOME AWAY
Everton (-163) Draw (+280) Crystal Palace (+500)
Brighton (+110) Draw (+240) Watford (+250)
Sheffield United (-143) Draw (+260) Bournemouth (+450)
Manchester City (-1000) Draw (+1000) West Ham (+2000)

Watford (+250) at Brighton (+110), Draw (+240)

Brighton were a joy to watch in the second half of their game last weekend, as they battled back from a 3-1 deficit at West Ham to earn a point. It was a huge result for Graham Potter's side, which has won just one of its last 10 league matches while falling perilously close to the relegation zone.

Watford sit second from the bottom in the league and were stunned last weekend at Everton, losing 3-2 after jumping out to a 2-0 lead at home. It was the second straight defeat for the Hornets following a run of six without a loss. Still, this club is playing some really impressive football at the moment, while the Seagulls haven't put together a full 90 minutes in some time.

The Hornets are in better form and should leave the Amex Stadium with a point, keeping things incredibly tight in the relegation scrap.

Pick: Draw (+240)

Bournemouth (+450) at Sheffield United (-143), Draw (+260)

There's a reason Eddie Howe is widely regarded as an intelligent manager with a bright future. Bournemouth have endured some sticky spells throughout their time in the Premier League, but Howe always finds a way to steer them into the clear. The Cherries have the resiliency needed to survive in the top flight, and these past three months have been a prime example.

Bournemouth had lost 10 of 12 in the league, but they'll come into Saturday on the heels of back-to-back victories. They have the confidence flowing once again and won't go into Bramall Lane scared. Finally, the goals have resurfaced and this squad should cause some problems for a Sheffield United side that's actually been better on the road this season.

Pick: Draw (+260)
