DePaul junior Paul Reed has declared for the 2020 NBA Draft, he told The Athletic's Shams Charania on Saturday.
"I want to thank the coaching staff for giving me this opportunity and being great mentors and role models for me," Reed told Charania.
He added: "Most importantly, I want to thank my teammates/soldiers for always keeping it real with me and teaching me every day what it means to be a part of something bigger than myself."
A potential first-round draft choice in this year's class, Reed averaged 15.1 points and a team-high 10.7 rebounds in 29 games for the Blue Demons. The 6-foot-9 forward also swatted 2.6 shots per contest, which ranked second in the Big East this season.
