Projected lottery pick, Kansas guard Dick declares for draft

Kansas guard Gradey Dick declared for the NBA draft, he announced Friday.
"As a kid from Kansas, I have fulfilled my goal of playing at my dream college," Dick wrote in an Instagram post. "I cannot thank Jayhawk Nation enough for the love and support you have shown to me and my family."
Dick projects to be a lottery pick in the June draft.
A 6-foot-8 shooting guard, Dick averaged 14.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in his lone season at Kansas, shooting 40.3% from beyond the arc.
The sharpshooter earned All-Big 12 second-team honors and helped Kansas win the conference's regular-season title.
