Browns' Garrett: 'I don't see why we can't be 10-6'

Most have exited the 2-6 Cleveland Browns' bandwagon, especially after the team's upset loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. However, Browns pass-rusher Myles Garrett still has faith that all is not lost for the club in 2019.

"I don't see why we can't be 10-6," Garrett said Friday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

"There's eight more games and that's eight more opportunities. I don't care what the previous record has shown, I don't care what they've said has happened before. You go out there with the right mindset and good amount of want to, you know what the hell you're doing, you have your fundamentals down, you can go out there and play with anybody."

If the Browns are to turn things around, they'll have to start Sunday against the 6-2 Buffalo Bills. Currently, Cleveland is three games behind the 5-3 Indianapolis Colts for the final wild-card spot in the AFC.

"The guys in our room I know aren't going anywhere and their heads aren't going to ever hang, they aren't going to ever bash on us and complain and feel like we need something different," Garrett said. "They're confident in who's managing us, who's coaching us that we can win with the guys in this room, and that will never change."
