Jefferson not worried after exiting with quad injury: 'I'll be ready to go'

Minnesota Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson doesn't expect to miss any games after exiting his team's Week 2 win over the San Francisco 49ers with a bruised quadriceps.
"I'm not seriously injured," Jefferson said after the game, according to ESPN's Kevin Seifert. He added, "I'll be ready to go next Sunday."
Jefferson exploded for a 97-yard touchdown in the first half and amassed 133 receiving yards before being helped off the field early in the fourth quarter following a collision with 49ers linebacker Fred Warner.
The NFL's highest-paid wide receiver missed seven games in 2023 with a torn hamstring.
